Delivery Across the EU

We are currently delivers to customers in countries within the European Union where delivery is available at checkout.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with standard delivery typically taking within a week (approx. 3 to 7 business days). The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is an indication and may vary depending on the destination, availability, and carrier. Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, applicable EU consumer rules provide a maximum delivery window of up to 30 days.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, keep photographs of the packaging and the product.

If an order does not arrive, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery.

The Seller remains responsible for the goods until they are received by the customer, subject to applicable law.
