The contract is concluded when we accept your order.

If a product is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

All prices shown on Robotime.eu include applicable VAT.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown before you complete your purchase.

We currently deliver to countries within the European Union where delivery is available.

Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or by a person you have designated, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
